House Craft Spirits
We also offer a selection of homemade fruit spirits, produced in small batches using traditional local methods. Each spirit is crafted through classic double distillation in a copper still, where flames fuelled by Bovec wood gently transfer their energy into the spirit – a slow, careful process that has been passed down through generations. The result is a unique tasting experience for guests looking to discover the authentic character of the Soča Valley, and a perfect way to round off your evening at Letni vrt.
Herbal Liqueur
Crafted from handpicked local herbs, gathered throughout the year in the hills around Bovec, this liqueur offers a rich herbal taste with a gentle touch of sweetness.
XO - Apple Spirit
Tepkovec
Aged for over ten years in oak barrels, our XO apple spirit has developed deep, mellow notes shaped by time – a smooth and refined sipping spirit.
Distilled from rare tepka pears, found on only a handful of mountain farms in Slovenia, this unsprayed, bio spirit offers a distinctive green, slightly sweet flavour with an intense aroma.
